Guide to Student Portals

Here is a guide to the different portals and platforms used to facilitate your student experience at UNC Asheville. If you have any questions please contact the office listed for each portal below: 

1.  OnePort: Access your UNCA email and Zoom accounts. Update your contact info in your Student Profile and find links to the following platforms from University offices: 

  • Academic Success & Advising: register for courses, find your adviser’s contact information and request unofficial and official transcripts
  • Career Center: connect with career resources, schedule a session with a career coach and learn more about student employment opportunities.
    • BulldogNetWORK: explore all career coaching, resume-building, internship-finding, interview-prepping, and networking resources from the Career Center. 
    • Going Global: Search for jobs and internships abroad with career advice for the leading employment markets around the world.
    • Contact: Career Center ( 828.251.6515 or career@unca.edu)  
  • Financial Aid: review your requirements for applying for financial aid and review, accept or decline your award.
  • Housing &  Residence Life: Apply for on-campus housing, select your room assignment, and submit early arrival or late stay forms.
  • Moodle: UNC Asheville’s E-learning and course management platform. Find all of your course materials and assignments here.
  • Student Accounts: review and pay your student bill using the ePayments feature.

 

2.  RockyCard Portal: Manage your meal plan and Bulldog Bucks. Submit your photo for a new RockyCard ID if you need a replacement.

 

3.  RockyConnect: Research student organizations and see all programs and student events happening on campus. 

 

4.  UNCA Campus Rec App: Search for group fitness classes or make a lap swimming reservation.
